Toepassing:
Dialoog van de buis Bereik: Φ150-325 mm
Deze automatische buis lassen machine bevat OBT-400 TIG lassen stroombron en OTH-50 orbitale lassen kop, die geschikt is voor medium wanddikte koolstof staal,het lassen van buizen van roestvrij staalHet is ontworpen als een compacte structuur en gemakkelijk te gebruiken op de werkplek met een goed lasoppervlak en een snelle snelheid.
Kenmerken:
- Automatisch TIG-spuit-op-pijp lassen met/zonder draadvoeding
- Compacte structuurontwerp, stabiele rotatie met kleine roterende traagheid
- Schommelproces, lasproces met meerdere passages
- Geschikt voor het aansluiten van buizen met buizen, buizen met flenzen, buizen met elleboog, buizen met kleppen
- Koeling van het watercircuit, waardoor lange werktijd wordt bereikt
- Deze machine is modulair van ontwerp, compact van ontwerp en compact van structuur.
- De belangrijkste componenten zijn aluminiumstructuur en staploze verstelbare klem om de buisdiameter vast te stellen.
