150-325 mm Stalen Pijplasmachine, TIG-lassen voor de bouw van kerncentrales
Buisdiameterbereik: Φ150-325 mm
Deze automatische buislasmachine bestaat uit een OBT-400 TIG-lasstroombron en een OTH-50 orbitale laskop. Het is geschikt voor het lassen van koolstofstaal en roestvrij staal met een middelgrote wanddikte. Het compacte ontwerp maakt het gemakkelijk te gebruiken op locatie, met een goede lasoppervlaktekwaliteit en een hoge lassnelheid.
- Automatisch all-position TIG pijp-naar-pijp lassen met of zonder draadaanvoer
- Compacte structuurontwerp, stabiele rotatie met kleine roterende inertie
- Oscillatie en meerlaags lasproces
- Geschikt voor buis-naar-buis, buis-naar-flens, buis-naar-elleboog en buis-naar-klep verbindingen
