Model: CNCXG1000-V
Toepassing:
Deze machine is ontworpen als een automatische pijp profiel plasmasnijmachine om gebruikers efficiënter te maken die te maken hebben met ingewikkelde snijklussen van pijpen in de trussbouw.
Dankzij de multi-assige bewegingskaart en de toortsschermcontroller is deze machine eenvoudig te bedienen voor buitendienstmedewerkers. Deze pijpplasma snijmachine is veel toegepast in

Kenmerken
- Canada professioneel pijpoptimalisatie CNC-systeem, met AutoCAD-versie van het engineeringontwerp kan direct G-code worden gegenereerd.
- Ondersteunt pijpsplitsing / beeld / links en rechts vervanging en andere pijpoptimalisatiefuncties.
- Ondersteunt naadloze koppeling met TEKLA-software, genereert CNC-verwerkingscode.
- Adopteert de schachthefstructuur, het belangrijkste kenmerk is dat het midden van de klauwplaat zwevend instelbaar is, gebruikt de methode waarbij de pijp niet beweegt terwijl de klauwplaat zweeft, wat het snijden van grote diameters sterk verbetert.
- Roller body, kan snijpijpen automatisch transporteren.
