Volledige set automatische TIG stalen buis lasmachine, pijp OD bereik 50-168mm
Toepassing:
Buis diameter bereik:Φ50-168mm
Deze automatische buis lasmachine bestaat uit een OBT-315 TIG lasstroombron en een OTH-130 open laskop, geschikt voor het lassen van koolstofstaal en roestvrij staal met middelmatige wanddikte. De compacte structuur is gemakkelijk ter plaatse te gebruiken, levert een goede laskwaliteit aan het oppervlak en een hoge lassnelheid.
Kenmerken :
- Automatisch lassen van pijp-naar-pijp met TIG in alle posities, met/zonder draadaanvoer
- Compacte structuurontwerp, stabiele rotatie met kleine roterende inertie
- Oscillatie, meerlaags lasproces
- Geschikt voor verbinding van buis-naar-buis, buis-naar-flens, buis-naar-elleboog, buis-naar-klep
- Waterkoeling, voor langdurig werken
- Deze machine is modulair ontworpen, compact van ontwerp en compact van structuur.
- De hoofdcomponenten zijn een aluminium structuur en een traploos verstelbare klem om de buisdiameter te fixeren.
